Turn your routine into a plan you can test.

Three planning tools with visible assumptions. Enter a few routine details, read the result, and adjust. None of them diagnose or treat anything.

  3. 3Weight + activity + climatebecome a general fluid range

Tool 2

Habit Stack Score

Check the habits you keep on most days. Each habit carries a visible number of points, and the points add up to a score out of 100.

Habits you keep on most days

Scoring: the seven weights add up to exactly 100 points. Bedtime consistency carries the most (20). Morning light, wake time, movement breaks and screen wind-down carry 15 each. Hydration routine and planned meals carry 10 each. Bands: 0 to 29 Starting point, 30 to 59 Building, 60 to 84 Steady, 85 to 100 Well anchored.

Tool 3

Use the results as a weekly experiment

A calculator gives you a starting guess. What matters is what you notice when you try it.

  1. 1

    Try one change

Pick a single suggestion and keep it for about a week.

  2. 2

    Notice what happens

Jot down how it fit your day: easy, awkward or skipped.

  3. 3

    Adjust or keep

Shift times by 15 to 30 minutes, simplify, or move on to the next habit.

Methodology

How the tools work, and where they stop

Every calculator on this page uses simple arithmetic you can check by hand. We show the assumptions so you can decide how much weight to give the result.

Calculation principles

The light estimator offsets times from your wake time and bedtime. The habit score adds fixed point values. The hydration planner multiplies body weight and adds activity and climate allowances.

Assumptions

We assume a typical adult with a daytime routine and access to outdoor light. The hydration estimate uses a common rule of thumb of half your body weight in fluid ounces, which is not an official requirement.

Limitations

The tools do not know your health history, medications, pregnancy, job demands or local sunrise time. Night-shift workers and frequent travelers may need different approaches.

Why they cannot diagnose

Diagnosis requires an examination, history and often tests. A form with a few inputs cannot do that, so results are written as planning prompts, never as conclusions about your health.

Using wellness calculators responsibly

These tools are built to help you organize your day. They are not built to make health decisions for you.
